I am a novice chess player. Sometimes I can win sometimes lose. If you always win, you can not understand the value of it, since you do not have a reference for comparision.
Meanwhile, you should make decisions everyday. If you do not change something, again you will not have refences for your life as well.
I am playing Blitz (5 minutes chess). It needs to make the right move in a very short time. This helps to analyze our daily situations quickly.
I do not make you bored. But at least those are the words summarizing of my life experience.
